What a waste of transportation don't you think?


I wish people would just shut the hell up. Stop blaming people. We are the United States of America after all. We are the people that help people in a crisis are we not? This is no time to blame anyone. We just need to get off our butts and help, that’s what we do.

We give until we can’t give anymore. We share with others less fortunate than our selves. We give moral support. We give a listening ear. We wipe away tears and try to instill hope for the future. We offer prayers. We offer comfort. We offer our selves.

Yes I am one of those people that believe in God. I also believe God is watching us all and shaking his head in disbelief. He is wondering who are these creatures that I have made and placed on this earth. I am referring to those looters that were stealing from others, raping young women, and even killing others. I do feel that those who stole necessitates to survive on cannot be held in a bad light they did what they had to do to survive.

I feel God gives us tests in life that make us stronger and wiser as we take each one. And when we fail we are doomed to take them over and over until we get it right.

This was a really big test and from watching all the coverage. I think the only real person that passed this test was a 6 year-old child named Deamont Love who held together a small group of children as if he was their leader. He promised his mom he would take care of his little brother 5-month-old Darynael, not knowing he would soon be looking after his two small cousins Tyreek and Zoria and 3 other little ones that lived in the same apartment building.

This small group of children where evacuated from a rooftop as their parents were told they would come back for them later. Little did they know they were to be separated from them for days. This little boy just did what he had to do. I feel there are people that God puts on this earth that are Angels in the making from the day they are born and I believe this little boy is one of them.

He didn’t fear, which by the way if you don’t know what the letters stand for I will tell you:
F.E.A.R = False – Evidence – Appearing – Real

I will admit there were more people that preformed heroic acts, but this little boy takes the prize.

Forget the blame. Of course there maybe some folks that dropped the ball and big time no doubt but isn’t it now our duty to see the past mistakes and fix them so that in the future this never happens in the same fashion again.

People seem to think …oh I will worry about that tomorrow…. well guess what people tomorrow came and we were not prepared at all. So let us learn from this big test so that in the future when we have to take it over again and you know we are…that we don’t fail again. The next Test maybe our last and God may not give us another chance if we fail that too.

We need to adopt the Boy Scout Oath, Law, Motto, and Slogan it should apply to us all:

May God Bless the United States of American and all it’s people. I hope we all learned very valuable lessons from Hurricane Katrina. Be prepared for tomorrow. You never know what tomorrow will bring.
